I want to enable the front USB connection, does anybody know how to do this. Thanks?

Usually you will have to connect the cables from the front USB to the correct pins on the motherboard (if this computer is an OEM like HP or Dell, they should already be connected).

If the cables are connected properly and still not functional, then most likely either the USB pins on the motherboard are damaged, the wires are damaged or the front connectors are damaged.I want to enable the front USB connection, does anybody know how to do this. Thanks?
You need to open your computer case and connect the USB connector from the front of your case to a free USB connector on your motherboard. Please refer to the manual of your motherboard for more guidance if required.I want to enable the front USB connection, does anybody know how to do this. Thanks?
It's normally enabled as the default. So I'm guessing you might be on a school, work or internet cafe computer where it's considered a security risk. Trying to hack around such a block would be grounds for being disciplined or kicked out the cafe.
