When I am speaking to friends in Australia from the US, the connection is really bad, sound delayed and video distorted. It seems to jump in and out. I use a Mac with AIM on a wireless connection, and they use a PC with AIM on a cable connection. Would it be my connection or something else?How do I improve a poor connection with iChat?

Its probably because they're on a pc and youre on a mac with ichat. Try using skype because its the same program on a mac and pc. It supports webcams on a mac too.
