How to use Bsnl Broadband account through landlines connection?

I am a customer of BSNL Landline. I had a broadband connection. Now it was disconnected for non-payment. But still I have a broadband DSL link. My elder brother has also a broadband connection from another landline. I know his user id and password. I want to access the connection from my landline. How is it possible? To the extent I understand what you're asking, it's impossible. Your connection doesn't go anywhere anymore since BSNL has disconnected it on their end.
The broadband is connected directly from the bsnl computer to to customer's DSL link. So once the it is disconnected you cannot use the dsl . You can use it in another connection when the link is faulty
