How can I turn off my airbag in my Nissan Almera 2005, 2.2 Diesal?

I would like to turn the airbag off so my wife can drive with our bub in the front (for long journeys of 1 hour+), so she then can replace dummy etc.





I did find a connection just above the glove box - if I disconnect this, will this work?
