How do I solve connection problems on Xbox Live?

On Xbox Live, I frequently lose connection to the host or other players. My internet connection and connection to Xbox Live are fine, but my connection problems with other players often forcibly kick me out of matches. Here are the facts:





- My ISP is Comcast.


- I have tried using an ethernet cable and a wireless adapter.


- My connection to the internet and Xbox Live are fine.


- I KNOW I'm not being booted.How do I solve connection problems on Xbox Live?
Make sure you have an Open NAT. I have several friends who have moderate, or poor and they can never join my games... If not, call the Customer Support and/or call comcast. If you don't have an Open NAT, call comcast and ask them to open it. Sometimes, it costs money for them to open it up, but if you are a hardcore gamer or just a really dedicated gamer, for a few bucks, it's worth it.
